These have flexible attendance - you can come to 1, 2 or all in-person group workouts, it's up to you and your availability. You won't miss anything if you can't make one session, the program and training plan will still have you practice the necessary skills. Also, we will be recording the key points and teachings of Coach Shangrila during in-person swim session. The replays will be posted and emailed.
