About Coach Shangrila Rendon:
Hi, I'm Shangrila! I started from being afraid of water to becoming a Guinness World Record holder as the fastest female to finish 5 Ironman in 5 consecutive days (2015). I did this by becoming the female champion of the IUTA World Cup Quintuple race in Leon Mexico in 2015. 

My transformation from a non-athlete to a champion took over 10 years. I made a LOT of mistakes along the way and am currently showing high-achievers the secrets of how they can train like a champion and reach their BEST results faster than they ever thought possible.
