  • ​Those who need accountability. Once you RSVP to a challenge my team and I will do our best to hold you accountable.

GET FEISTY MONTHLY CHALLENGE OPTIONS (MARCH - JUNE 2020)

Note: About 90% of the activities that I've listed here are things that I've committed to execute. It will be great to have others join me. 

MARCH

  • 7 days back to back of (choose 1):
    * 5k, 10k, half marathon or full marathon (outdoor or indoor)
    * Non-stop 1hr or 1.5hr bike (outdoor or indoor)
    * Non-Stop 2k, 3k, 4k yards swim (pool or OWS)
    * 30-minute strength training (weights, resistance bands, bodyweight)
  • 80+ miles or 5hrs indoor bike
  • Full marathon before work OR half marathon on treadmill/incline 1.0
  • ​10 km, half or full marathon PR or first time to complete distance
  • ​2 Duathlon back-to-back. Minimum 2hrs for each. For example, 30 mins run + 1hr bike + 30 mins run.   
  • Sprint, Oly, Half or Full Ironman Distance (official or your own. Transition times must be included)

APRIL

  • 7 days back to back of (choose 1):
    * 5k, 10k, half marathon or full marathon (outdoor or indoor)
    * Non-stop 1hr or 1.5hr bike (outdoor or indoor)
    * Non-Stop 2k, 3k, 4k yards swim (pool or OWS)
    * 7,000 steps (walk), 2 miles run or 45 minutes cycling
    * 30-minute strength training (weights, resistance bands, bodyweight)
  • 5 minutes plank for 7 days back to back or 3x 10 minute plank in 1 week
  • ​100 miles with 10k ft elevation gain - cycling
  • 100 miles or 6hr ride indoor cycling
  • 10 km, half or full marathon PR or first time to complete distance 
  • ​Weekend Combo: 100 miles with 10k ft elevation gain on Saturday AND half marathon on Sunday
  • ​Sprint, Oly or Half Ironman (official or at your own time. Transition times must be included)
  • 5 km non-stop swim (OWS or pool)
  • 2 Duathlon back-to-back. Minimum 2hrs for each. For example, 30 min run + 1hr bike + 30 min run.

MAY

  • 7 days back to back of (choose 1):
  • * 5k, 10k, half marathon or full marathon (outdoor or indoor)
  • * Non-stop 1hr or 1.5hr bike (outdoor or indoor)
  • * Non-Stop 2k, 3k, 4k yards swim (pool or OWS)
  • * 7,000 steps (walk), 2 miles run or 45 minutes cycling
  • ​Two (2) 120+ miles cycling OR 100 miles with 10k ft elevation gain (indoor or outdoor)
  • 10 km, Half or Full Marathon (PR on course or distance /first time to complete distance)
  • 50 km (or more) trail run @ least 2k ft elevation gain (official or your own)
  • 10 km swim OR two (2) - 5 km swim (OWS or pool)
  • Sprint, Oly, Half or Full Ironman Distance (official or your own. Transition times must be included)

JUNE

  • 7 days back to back of (choose 1):
  • * 5k, 10k, half marathon or full marathon (outdoor or indoor)
  • * Non-stop 1hr or 1.5hr bike (outdoor or indoor)
  • * Non-Stop 2k, 3k, 4k yards swim (pool or OWS)
  • * 7,000 steps (walk), 2 miles run or 45 minutes cycling
  • ​10 km, Half or Full Marathon (first time to complete distance OR PR on course or distance)
  • ​10 km swim or two (2) - 5 km swim (OWS or pool)
  • Double Century Ride OR Century Ride with at least 10K ft elevation gain - cycling
  • 7 days back to back of 5k, 10k, half marathon or full marathon
  • ​Sprint, Oly, Half or Full Ironman Distance (official or your own. Transition times must be included)

PARTICIPATION RULES (How to have a valid entry)

  • Sign up here at least 24 hours prior to when you schedule to attempt the challenge
  • ​You can do as many challenges as you like and get credit for all of them, but we only issue 1 Badass Finishers medal per month
  • ​Sign the waiver. You only need to do this 1x for all challenges until June. 
  • ​If you are unsure whether your attempt will be valid or not, ask. Feisty Fox Coaching has the right to decline attempts if we believe that it doesn’t meet the criteria
  • ​In order to participate, you MUST be a member of the free FB group, Feisty Badass Triathletes.
  • Commit before executing. Specify the date in the entry form when you will execute the challenge BEFORE you attempt the challenge.
  • Post your progress/experiences/results in the Feisty Badass Triathletes group under the pinned challenge post
  • Help us track your progress. Coach Shangrila loves to know how your challenges are going, however there are a lot of athletes participating in the challenge. Her support team may contact you during the process.
  • When participating in the challenge, post your pictures/videos on your timeline, tag Feisty Fox Coaching. Add hashtags: #iamfeistyfox #getfeistychallenge #feistyfoxcoaching. This helps Feisty Fox Support Team in keeping track of everyone's progress. If you are to post in instagram, tag "feistyfoxtricoaching" and use the same hashtags. 
  • ​Upon completion of your challenge, post your verifiable results in Feisty Badass Triathletes AND email support@feistyfoxcoaching.com. Allow 4-7 days for confirmation upon submission of result     
  • ​​​​If you’ve received 3 of our badass finishers medals during the challenges, email support to claim a special gift from coach Shangrila.
