ABOUT COACH SHANGRILA RENDON
Shangrila Rendon is a pro ultra triathlete and Guinness World Record Holder (Fastest Female to complete 5 Ironman in 5 consecutive days, (2015), who started from zero experience in triathlon and went after her most scary sports goals despite many obstacles. 

She has extensive racing experience in very difficult endurance races with challenging courses, brutal weather conditions and terrains, such as Double Anvil (Ironman x 2), Uberman, 8 Ironman in 8 days, Ultraman Florida, Ultraman Championship Kona, Red Bull Trans-Siberian Extreme, double century to 300 mile cycling, ultra trail run races and many more.

PARTICIPATION RULES (How to have a valid entry)

  • You can do as many challenges as you like and get credit for all of them, but we only ship a Badass Finishers medal to athletes who pay for it's shipping. 
  • ​If you'd like to receive a finisher's medal, email support@feistyfoxcoaching.com. Finisher medals are sent out in the beginning of next month.
  • ​Sign the waiver. You only need to do this 1x for all challenges until the end of the year. 
  • ​If you are unsure whether your attempt will be valid or not, ask. Feisty Fox Coaching has the right to decline attempts if we believe that it doesn’t meet the criteria
  • ​In order to participate, you MUST be a member of the free FB group, Feisty Badass Triathletes.
  • Post your progress/experiences/results either in your timeline and or in the Feisty Badass Triathletes group.
  • Help us track your progress. When posting your challenge updates, add hashtags: #iamfeistyfox #getfeistychallenge. Tag coach Shangrila and Vineta Rendon. This helps Feisty Fox Support Team in keeping track of everyone's progress. If you are to post in instagram, tag "feistyfoxtricoaching" and use the same hashtags. 
  • ​Upon completion of your challenge email your verifiable results to support@feistyfoxcoaching.com by the end of the month.
  • The 30-day LIVE coaching call access ​can only be claimed once. If you have received free access to coaching already in one of the previous months, you are not eligible for that again. 
  • ​If you have already won a prize in one of the previous month's challenges, you will not be eligible to win again next month. That said, you are still welcome to register and participate in the challenges as before.
