They are committed and have BIG scary race goals, but have never been taught exactly how to train, prepare and win their races and how to push their performance to the top levels STEP-BY-STEP, CONSISTENTLY and PREDICTABLY while still being INJURY-FREE, HEALTHY & maintaining BALANCE IN LIFE.

What makes you different from other “athletic coaches”
Although we will cover training, nutrition and other “athletic coach-y” things, you have me as a Champions mindset and Goal achievement expert and consultant. I look at your mindset and your training from an organic and wholistic perspective.

I invest time and effort in understanding your lifestyle and other areas in your life that would contribute or distract you from reaching your ultimate goal. What that means to you is that you get a wise-sage-meets-kick-butt high performance coach, that customizes an approach that works for you. 

I’m also very health conscious and I don’t pretend that training is more important than family and friends. I want all my athletes to be happy in the process and therefore I’d take into considerations all the things that you value. 

My goal is to give you the ropes in learning how to achieve your goals in sports and fitness so you can be independent and repeat the same method in other areas of your life – a method that is sustainable to your lifestyle without changing your personality. Because I’m not delicate, you’ll always get a straight to the point quick and honest response from me.
I truly understand that you are very anxious and excited of achieving your most-wanted goal FAST. To do that, I will help you STOP wasting your time in unnecessary junk training, that takes your attention away from people you want to be with. 

You may not like what I have to tell you – but you can be sure I will always tell you the truth. The truth about what’s standing in the way of your success and how to get rid of it FAST so you can start getting results in record time (and I throw in a healthy dose of motivation and hard-ass pushing, which always helps!).
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
The Champions Mindset and Goal Achievement System™ was created for people who are absolutely excited and dead serious about breaking out of being average and accomplishing their biggest dream race, while still having a life. 

This means not beating yourself up anymore saying: “I think I should be doing WAY more training” or “I could have done better if...” and at the same time saying: “I think I really should spend more time with my family.” It was created for you to have a custom week-by-week plan in place, that you don’t have to think about, just execute.
A plan that will eventually lead you to becoming stronger and faster quickly as well as teach you all the essential tools you need to become an extraordinary athlete.
Being a high achieving go-getter myself, I’m known to work best with other high achieving go-getters, people who are committed to their success no matter what. People who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to become an extraordinary athlete. 

My athletes often tell me – “just tell me what to do and I’ll do it!” You’ll take the fast track approach on everything you need to know to becoming the best athlete that you can be within a short amount of time. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No excuses anymore, just a very different way of thinking and full support while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal – strong finish on your dream race and champions mindset you can apply in all areas of your life.

For what type of professionals are your programs NOT going to work?
Please know I’m very selective in who I work with and I cherry-pick my athletes, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.) 

The Champions Mindset and Goal Achievement System is NOT for those who are not motivated, have no goals and cannot fulfill a commitment. It has been my experience that people who are in this category do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying more about the negativity and their weaknesses). 

If you fall within this category, it’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been in times of doubt and negativity at one point or another. Do yourself three (3) favors:
  •    Evaluate what you REALLY want to achieve in sports, fitness and health this year. If you have no obstacles or challenges, what is the wildest dream that you would like to achieve? At times, we get stuck in not achieving our dreams because of fear of failure, an obstacle in front of us or we just don’t know how to actually achieve our dream. Everything starts with clarity. Be clear with what you want to achieve, and then call me. I will help take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on your Champions Mindset and Goal Achievement System assignments and the BIG picture. Once you start experiencing the improvement in your training and races as a result of our work, you can then start achieving other goals that you have been wanting to tackle. 
  •    Join my free Facebook group and the valuable information and support there will get you started towards your goals until you’re ready to work with me one-on-one. 
  •    Attend one of our Feisty Fox weekly coaching calls or In-Person group workouts in Los Angeles or San Diego as a guest. You will be amazed how far a 1-hour time investment can go in providing you with a push to get started.  
Doing these three things will really help you get primed for our work. When you’re ready, call me and we’ll get you started. (I’m in no rush and will be here when you need me.). 

Other types of personalities I won’t work with (without exception) are the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done and challenge every aspect of the program.

If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not call and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?

What exactly is the Champions Mindset and Goal Achievement System™ and what does it include? 
Champions Mindset and Goal Achievement System begins with understanding your values, where your motivation really comes from, your current lifestyle, commitments, obstacles and ultimate goal(s). From that, I will create a custom individualized plan that is targeted to achieve the result you want, within the exact time frame and availability that you have, as well as to teach you all the essentials you need to know to get there.
Here’s what the System gets you to do:
  • BIG VISION AND GOAL
  • We examine WHERE YOU ARE at the moment and be SUPER CLEAR about what your exact goal is. We will discuss why you want to achieve it and your underlying motivation for it. We will find out all your knowledge gaps and go over any physical, mental and time obstacles that are currently standing in your way.
  • FOLLOW A CUSTOM DAY-BY-DAY PLAN
  • I will create a custom step-by-step training and execution plan for you, that will give you the training you need, while still meeting your current work/family responsibilities, time restrictions and any physical limitations. The plan will gradually but rapidly build your performance, without wasting your time. It is a plan that can flew, that allows for adjustments because we all know sometimes life inevitably gets in the way of our plans.
  • ADDRESS YOUR WEAKNESSES
  • Everyone has weak points and areas that are holding them back from getting what they want. We will attach and address those directly and develop a strategy to strengthen or even eliminate these weaknesses.
  •   FILL YOUR KNOWLEDGE GAPS
  • You will learn the essentials about how to dial in your nutrition, recover fast after a hard workout, prevent injuries, prepare for your race and execute a strong finish. On race day, you will confidently tell yourself, “I’m ready.”
  •  DETECT AND TROUBLESHOOT EARLY WARNING SIGNS
  • You will train how to detect signs of dehydration and insufficient nutrition, resolve any possible issues before they turn to injuries, prevent yourself from overtraining and feeling unhappy during training, recover from any setbacks, cramping, digestive issues or bonking.
  •  DEVELOP A CHAMPIONS MIND
  • You will learn how to prepare and train your mind to overcome difficulties, that will inevitably come up as you train and race. You will learn what to do when you are feeling unmotivated, in pain, cold, hot, disappointed and are ready to throw in the towel. You will learn how to notice when you are creating excuses and how to stop yourself from giving into them. You will learn how to think through the unexpected and create solutions to problems before they come up. Through this process you will learn how to transform your negative internal dialog and reprogram your mind in a way that benefits you.

  • By going through the step-by-step plan, you will gain confidence in your abilities and will know exactly what to do if any obstacles present themselves. You will be able to consistently produce the results you want over and over. This will pave your way for tackling even larger goals.

How quickly can I expect results?
That depends on how quickly you can consistently execute and learn. Some athletes are ready to go and reach their goal performance in a very short time frame, sometimes even a few weeks. While others have a bit more work to do first. It also depends on the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, as well as your current physical limitations we have to overcome first.
How can I guarantee myself that I will be ready for my race in record time?
Do all the workouts as they are written. Be totally committed to your success and meet Feisty Fox Coaching’s 3Cs of Expectations: Communication, Commitment and Consistency. 

Understand that this is a process, a proven one, that works if you take action and implement all of the steps.
